We recently held a training workshop; Facebook for business at Peppers Airlie Beach. It was a great morning with a lively discussion on the use of @tags and hashtags, whether paid advertising on Facebook is worthwhile, and created a strategic framework to ensure we are using Facebook as effectively as possible.

We have designed the activities to be interactive and fun. This allows the leaner to deepen their understanding and it allows them to be actively participating in discussions.

The workshop attendees learnt a whole bunch of awesome stuff that includes; understanding the elements of an effective Facebook post. Creating guidelines for high quality posts, and they learnt how to review posts and make them even more effective. They successfully identified the 3 key activities undertaken by successful businesses on Facebook and created a detailed posting strategy for their business with elements of each key activity.
